Ordering

1. How do I place an order?

Answer: Simply browse our products, add the desired items to your cart, proceed to checkout, fill in the necessary details, and finalise your payment.

2. Can I change my order after it's been placed?

Answer: If your order hasn’t been processed or shipped, please contact our customer service immediately, and we’ll do our best to accommodate your request.

If your order has already been shipped please do still get in touch – we will still do our best to intercept your order and change it accordingly. Otherwise we will provide further advice on what to do next.

3. How do I track my order?

Answer: Once your order has been shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number and a link to track your package.

4. What payment methods do you accept?

If you need it faster we have a range of additional UK premium shipping option available at a cost.

Our International Shipping costs vary based on the destination and weight of the order. Costs will be calculated at checkout.

7. How long does delivery take?

Answer: Our UK Standard shipping usually takes 3-4 days, while express shipping is available for next day delivery.

Delivery times for international orders vary dependant on the destination. However rest assured you will be able to fully track your order/s the day after it departs our warehouse.

8. Do you ship internationally?

Answer: Yes, we offer international shipping to All European countries, The Americas, Oceania, Asia, the middle east, and the most of Africa.

Returns & Refunds

9. What is your return policy?

Answer: Items can be returned within 30 days of purchase, provided they are in original condition. Please refer to our Return Policy page for detailed information.

10. How do I process a return?

Answer: Contact our customer service team with your order number and reason for return. They’ll guide you through the process.

11. When will I receive my refund?

Answer: Refunds are typically processed within 2 business days after we receive and inspect the returned items.

Once we have confirmed and initiated a refund, the funds will appear on your account within the following timeframes depending on the original payment method used:
